The Act Hotel Sharjah

The Act Hotel had great rooms, service and breakfast. The staff were always super kind and helpful. My room was massive and an affordable rate. Bed was comfy, bathroom great. AC was too much for me - I don’t normally use it and they said I had to call an engineer to adjust it, which I did, but it still completely dried me out. Breakfast was always a huge wonderful and delicious spread of fruits, veg, hash browns, pancakes, parathas and more more more. Pool is small but swimmable, gym is small but enough. Overall, would definitely go back, and would definitely recommend! Made my stay in Sharjah wonderful

1)Waited 2 hours to check in But that's because we arrived at about 12+pm. 2)Room was spacious and Big 3)parking was a breeze 4)Some Fast food restaurants nearby 5)Old and dated on the outside , new on the inside. 6)Breakfast was good enough 7)Overall , more like a Comfortable 3 to 4 stars hotel. 8)As long as the price is a steal then it is good value for money.

Modern facility. But it was you staff Karim from reception and Mr. ashraf- captain from F&B who made our stay extra exceptional. It was my daughters bday and eventually I have requested a complimentary cake if possible on last minute basis. Before our arrival Mr Karim made an effort to call us in the morning which is my first time to experience when we have staycation plan with my kids. Second, Mr. Karim had never told us "NO" answer immediately regards to our request of cake yet I know he really tried to negotiate with whoever chef it is, just to give us a cake. And luckily we were surprised by Mr. ashraf who delivered us the cake in the evening time amd even offer us a good location for a photo of baloons to my daughter. As a mom, it touches my heart when someone plays and acknowledges my kids, thank you Karim and Ashraf. May you continously give a touch of heart to anyone regardless who are they. We are ordinary family only and these two people had made our stay awesomely exceptional coz of their extra customer service. thank you Godbless Karim and Ashraf.

Excellent stay, the room was spacious and comfy. The vallet service was very nice and they have a near parking lot which takes only 2 minutes or less to bring your car. The workers are very friendly and professional. I would really recommend it especially it is near the water front. By the way there is waiter in the restaurant, I have never seen such a happy and cheerful vype and positive energy which shows that she loves her job and she welcomes everyone.

I would like to thank the employee Mustafa at the reception .. a respected and highly ethical employee and his service was very elegant ... All thanks to the employee Mustafa of Egyptian nationality I would also like to thank the employee Aqeel from the room service... respectful and deserving of all appreciation and praise. One of the most beautiful hotels I have visited and it deserves a 10 out of 10 rating
